Freelance writer and researcher

Over the years, Gigi has built up a considerable portfolio of writing and research related, to arts and cultural events. She has contributed to a range of magazines and journals including English Street of The Hong Kong Economic Times, Pianist, Young Post of South China Morning Post. She has also volunteered in helping UK Charity Organisation Good Vibrations in writing workshop evaluation repot.

Gigi continues to research a range of music education-related areas, and the primary focus at the present time is on community music practice in application in school music education. She has been devising and leading education projects with the community orchestras and arts organizations delivering creative projects to a huge range of people across London and Hong Kong. 

 

She is currently a doctoral student at the Royal College of Music.
